Large french windows open to show a charming balcony railing overlooking the small garden in the back of the building.The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with twin beds - to be joined into a double or kept separate – and a large closet, and a bathroom with stall shower and ante bathroom with washing machine. City tax is required and payable locally in cash: the cost is € 2 per adult (older than 18 years) for maximum 14 nights. For stays of more than 14 nights: € 28 per stay per adult.Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
