Apartment / 1 Bedrooms / 1 Bathrooms / Sleeps 42 Single 1 Sofa/Convertible double Modern one bedroom apartment with ample furnished terrace, completely renovated and refurbished with taste and attention to details at the end of February 2008, located on the second floor of a beautiful building (with elevator) in Via Biondelli, also entirely restored in February 2008, and nestled a few steps from Bocconi University and IULM University of Milan.A spacious 30 sq.mt terrace leads into this bright, 45 sq.mt apartment, which open up onto both the day and the night area. The day area, offers a comfortable double sofa bed, a 20” TV, stereo and DVD player, a white extendable table for 6/8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen corner, fitted with a hob with four stoves, traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Linens and towels provided.The sleeping area offers an ante-chamber with a big built-in closet leading to the bathroom with shower and to a bright double bedroom, with two single beds, which can be joined or kept separate as preferred, and which leads out to the terrace.The building: Palazzo Biondelli was entirely renovated and restructured during the year 2007, with works completed in February 2008. Each apartment has been individually designed and furnished with great attention to detail to guarantee the utmost comfort with true Italian style, and furbished with accurately select pieces, among which made to measure closets and cabinets, designer pieces, leather couches, armchairs or headboards.The building has a Reception area on the mezzanine level, with couches and chairs around coffee tables to create a meet-and-greet environment, available for private use upon request. A snack and beverage dispenser is also conveniently located in this area. A laundry room in the basement has been designed and fitted exclusively for the tenants, complete with industrial washing machines and dryers, a soap dispenser and a coin machine.The building offers private underground parking for cars and motorbikes upon request (limited space). City tax is required and payable locally in cash: the cost is € 2 per adult (older than 18 years) for maximum 14 nights. For stays of more than 14 nights: € 28 per stay per adult.Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows: Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20 From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40 Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40.Security Deposit: 300There is a security deposit due upon arrival. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
