You'll have both floors completely to yourself. When entering the house, the spacious and pleasant living room will stand out. Here you'll have enough room and you can eat or talk together wonderfully about the many impressions of the beautiful mountain world. The kitchen has all necessary modern equipment. There are a good 6 bedrooms, divided over 2 floors. This is ideal if you're with a bigger group and need some privacy.You'll find an extra ski or bicycle storage at your disposal. Directly opposite the holiday home you'll find a hotel where you can have breakfast or dinner; of course you'll have to make arrangements for that on location.Niedernsill makes a perfect base for your holidays, both in summer and winter! There are lots of opportunities in the direct vicinity for mountain biking, golf, hiking, glacier skiing, paragliding, horseback riding and of course for people who are looking for peace and quiet. In winter, it's only a short drive to the pistes of Kitzbühel, Kaprun and Zell Am See.
