Found on the edge of the sands on the fringes of Kavos, the Sea Side Studios give you the chance to enjoy the bustling resort town. The complex is just a fifteen minute walk from the heart of the town, where you will find a lively and vivacious atmosphere, with a vast array of bars, restaurants and clubs.

The studios offer self catering accommodation for affordable rates and range from two bedroom apartments that can sleep up to five people, to smaller studios, which are appropriate for up to three guests. Each apartment is light and airy, and offers views across the ocean, the pool area or the countryside. You can enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchenette with cooking rings and a fridge, as well as a private bathroom and a shared patio or balcony.

Sitting just 25 metres away are the pale sands of the beach, where you can laze under the sun or swim in the warm, azure blue sea waters. The complex also boasts its own outdoor swimming pool, which is surrounded by a terrace filled with sun loungers that are free for guests to use.

Next to the pool you will find a snack bar, which provides drinks and light bites throughout the day, which you can enjoy by the water. Should you wish to relax inside, the bar also boasts a pool table and satellite TV.

##Location

The Sea Side Studios are found just 25 metres from the beach, in the St Peters area of Kavos. The resort centre is around a fifteen minute walk away, and you will find shops and restaurants around a ten minute walk away.

##Accomodation

The Sea Side Studios are found in two adjoining buildings and range from studio to two bedroom apartments, which can sleep up to five people. Each comes with a well equipped kitchenette, with cooking rings, a fridge and utensils, and a shared balcony or terrace.

##Eating and Drinking

You can enjoy cooking some meals in the kitchenettes found in each apartment, with grocery shops found a five to ten minute walk away. If you take the 15 minute stroll into Kavos you will find a wide range of restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

##Swimming Pools

You can enjoy views out towards the sea as you swim in the studio's outdoor swimming pool. A sunbathing terrace surrounds the pool, with loungers and parasols, and a snack bar is also found next to the water.
