A1 or M1 - Road: From A1 or M1 take A64 for York. Ignoring all signs into York stay on the A64 ring-road to the Eastern side of the city and take the A1036 into York. After 30MPH signs take the second exit from the roundabout signed Heworth . At the traffic lights turn right into East Parade. Ascot House is 300 yards on the left hand side with the car park behind the house.
