The farmhouse is only nine miles from the busy seaside town of Bude the stunning North Devon and Cornwall coastline of Tintagel Port Isaac and Padstow whilst being far enough inland to escape the tourist bustle during the busier months. It has retained much of its original character and charm due to subtle re-decoration and sits within a three acre smallholding. Holsworthy - Road: From Holsworthy Town Centre head towards North Tamerton via Bodmin Street . At the sharp left go straight on past HATS Theatre on left through traffic lights & travel for approx 3 miles without turning off. Pass Brooks House & Yeomadon Cross on your right take next left for Leworthy & Southdown . Follow lane until it forks at the island stay left Leworthy Farmhouse is straight ahead. Please park in the marked bays enter via the wooden gates & ring doorbell at reception.
