The hotel is located on the outskirts of the Chilean city of Puerto Natales, in Puerto Boires, formerly known as the "Refrigerator Boires" built in the early twentieth century and today has become a unique hotel, singular . It has a number of attractions ; as it retains some machines, engines and other artifacts salvaged from the old plant, converting them into an attraction for the hotel; creating a private collection of those artifacts of the past.
