Villa Gioia is a beautiful and luxurious villa for an exclusive holiday with excellent privacy. It is located in the surroundings of the beautiful beaches of the Conero. The villa is surrounded by nature and a park that is ideal for walks in the open air.The villa has a huge outdoor pool, 21 x 32 mt, with a small beach of white sand and rocks. There is a waterfall in the pool and hydromassage.The interior is spacious and very luxurious and furnished with high quality furniture and equipment. Every detail of the villa has been designed in the sign of luxury. The master bedroom has a large mosaic jacuzzi, a walk-in closet and a terrace of 28 square meters, equipped with garden furniture and is ideal for breakfast in the morning. On the ground floor is conservatory with a large dining table for lunch.
