It is a mid-terraced house which has been recently refurbished and decorated to a high standard incorporating many modern ideas but keeping the character of this beautiful spacious house. Most modern conveniences have been included which makes it an ideal self-catering holiday accommodation for a family to stay in. There is a garage a short walk away to park 1 car, for any extra cars the car park is a 5 minutes walk away because on street parking is not guaranteed. The garden at the front and rear are enclosed, and the decked terraced area to the rear has the sun most of the day so an ideal base to return in the evening and relax having explored Pembrokeshire for the day. This holiday let property is pet friendly accommodation for one well behaved dog to come and enjoy Pembrokeshire. The Evergreen is a family pub five minutes away or you can take a leisurely walk to town to a variety of pubs and restaurants which will take you 10 minutes. The Cube restaurant offers an excellent choice of food and you can also book a meal to be served in your property (ask for details). The Lifeboat & Buccaneer pubs both offer excellent pub grub and both are family friendly. Tenby is an ideal holiday let location to visit most of the local attractions, Folly Farm and Zoo where you could meet the family of Lions, Oakwood Park and ride the biggest wooden roller coaster in Europe, Heatherton and try your hand at archery and much more, Anna's Welsh Zoo to meet the Rhinos. You could also take a boat trip over to the Monastic Island of Caldey and spend a memorable day of your holiday exploring this delightful Island off the Tenby coast, and treat yourself to some of their delicious chocolate and perfume. During the months of May to October there are restrictions on certain beaches for dogs, most of The South Beach from the restaurant across to Giltar point is available all year around. There are plenty of lovely walks in the area including The Coastal path which is easily accessed from various areas in Tenby offering amazing views, be aware in some places your dog would need to be on a lead. Tenby is South Pembrokeshire's largest town, offers splendid Victorian and Georgian architecture set within Tudor town walls. Tenby's roots date back to the time of the Norman conquest when the county was invaded and colonised in around 1093. Much of the medieval castle walls were built by the Pembrokeshire Earls in 1264 to fortify the town from the Welsh rebellion, and have survived intact to the present day.Travel Cardiff Airport- 95.4 miles and takes 2hrs and 4mins approx. Tenby Train Station- 10 minute walk to town centre or usually Taxis waiting on train arrivals. M4 Cardiff- 89.8 miles, 1hr 44mins. Pembroke Dock- 14.6 miles, 21mins, small shopping centre with many of the Supermarkets and a selection of High Street Shops, Ferry Terminal for Ireland. Visitor Attractions- The local leisure attractions, Manor House, Heatherton Country Sports Park, Folly Farm and Oakwood are all within easy reach by car and in the peak weeks many have a regular bus service to and fro. There are approximately 58 beaches in Pembrokeshire and four of those are in Tenby - North Beach, Harbour Beach, Castle Beach and South Beach.
