On the second floor there are two bedrooms. br / br / There is a bedroom to the front with a comfortable King size bed and private bathroom a floor below and a further bedroom to the rear with a comfortable King bed and en-suite bathroom. br / br / br / br / The back house is a cedar wood clad building in a modern Scandinavian design. This property is unique to Canterbury. It is tucked away off the main road behind The Arthouse The generous living area has a reception room with two sofas flat screen T.V with satellite digital channels dvd player and music center with I-pod docking station. This living area encompasses a dining area which can seat up to 10 people then leads into a well equipped kitchen with extra seating for four guests. Upstairs there s a spacious open plan area with a large king size bed & en-suite bathroom plus a seating area with a pull out sofa bed. br / br / br / br / There is a courtyard garden that wraps around the house to give it a very private feel.

Canterbury - Train: The two main Canterbury railway stations are close by but Canterbury West is slightly closer. br/ br/ A2 - Road: With good access via both the M20 and M2 The Victoria Hotel is best approached from the west via the A2. Exit onto the A2050 for the Canterbury city centre and bear left at the roundabout bear left onto London Road
