The Hotel is situated in a central location in Blackpool adjacent to the seafront close to Central Pier/South Pier the Tower (approx 10 minutes walk) Pleasure Beach (approximately 15 minutes walk) and other attractions like night-life shopping and all amenities. For those following away football teams the stadium is about 5 minutes walk away. Disclaimer: There is NO parking at the hotel the customers are responsible for parking on their own and the hotel will NOT be responsible to provide parking for the customers. The nearest paid car park is a 5 minute walk away on Lonsdale road the closest free parking road is Palmer Avenue which is a 10-15 minutes walk back to the hotel. For those arriving by train it is only 25-30 minutes away from the Blackpool North Station. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay at the hotel alone unless they are accompanied by someone over the age of 21 AND related to the minor. /p Please Note: All rooms are non-smoking There is NO parking at the hotel. Price for children in the family rooms is for children aged up to 12. Any one above 12 will be charged the full rate. Stags/Hens and/or same sex groups will NOT be accommodated at any cost any reservations will be charged and admission will be denied. From the Motorway (M55) . Follow signs to main parking area take south shore direction. take Waterloo road exit onto the promenade turning right at the lights. After you pass Lyndene Hotel on your right hand side take the second turning right onto Barton Avenue.
