With beautiful rooms carved from the natural stone of this region, this atmospheric 'cave' style hotel is a great place to stay while visiting the fascinating area of Cappadocia. The decor and design dates from the Ottoman period and wonderful artefacts can be found around the hotel representing this era. Situated in Uchisar, just a stone's throw from the castle, the centre of the town is less than a five minute walk and here guests will find some shops and cafe bars as well as links to public transport. The town is a good base from which to explore the area with must-see attractions such as the open-air museum at Goreme and the underground cities of Kaymakli and Derinkuyu within easy access.
