Originally used for corn storage in the 1890s, the building was restored maintaining its historical structure and with a boutique style in 2005 and comprises 2 floors with a total of 37 rooms. Its spectacular location is in the ancient port of Assos and it overlooks the old harbour. The seafront position offers easy access to the Aegean Sea and there is a jetty for lounging back and enjoying the sun. In a quiet spot, it is surrounded by areas of historical interest, such as Canakkale 94 km away and Pergamon 150 km.
