Bektas Sea View Villas are set back in the mountains among the pine trees. 3 km from Alanya centre. You have breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, harbour and ancient castle of Alanya. The Villa has lush gardens with orange and Lemon trees and a large pool. Outside the villa there is a BBQ area and a large patio area to relax with friends and family. This villa has two living rooms, with sofa beds. A great den for the kids. A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa. Extra beds can be put in on request. The villa also has Satellite TV with movies, kids TV, news, documentary and sports. Wireless internet is also available so remember to bring your laptop. Why not extend your stay and work from the penthouse bedroom, with this majestic view, go on then, you can work and relax at the same time.

Book this Villa There are specialty sweet shops on nearly every corner in Alanya....Here you will find delicious pastries, chocolate sweets and local Turkish Delight. A real treat for all the family. Don't eat too much! You won't, good. Handbags, handbags, shoes etc etc.. Yes every where. Its a womens paradise. I think there are more cloth shops than people in Alanya. Be sure to barter on everything you buy, its the culture, so do your best. You can get some really good bargains. Smile when bartering, its seems to work at getting the best prices. Dim Cayi River is one of my favorite days out...

You can have a lunch here 'ACTUALLY ' in the Dim Cayi River. Yes! you heard me right. There are floating tables in the River. In the back drop you have the Tarus mountains covered in pine trees. This place is amazing. Summer 2009, I brought my Mum there for the first time. She loved it. Its great for all the family. There are slides, diving boards, rafts, and a swimming area. Your guaranteed to have a brilliant family day out. Alanya is famous for its Ancient Castle... dating back to the 16th Century. You will love exploring the castle. It is located on a hill top and has the best views in Alanya. '360 degree views' If you like night life you won't be disappointed. Alanya is know for having the best entertainment in Turkey. The harbour area is were it all happens. There are bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes and ages. If relaxing is more your scene, there are a handful of cafes to relax in.

1. All homes are cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival

2. Property's price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT pool heating, hot tub/spa heating. An additional charge will be made for these services.

3. Animals/pets are strictly not permitted.

4. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your vacation home booking, we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. The vacation home Safety fence must be kept erected at all times for the safety of children.

6. NOTE: All pool homes have Pool Door Alarms and/or Child Safety Fences.

7. All doors and windows must be closed and any security alarm at the property or vacation home must be set whenever you are not in the property or vacation home. Guests are responsible for closing all doors and windows and for setting the security alarm.

8. Extra cleaning above the norm will incur extra charges. Any persons using a BBQ at the vacation homes must properly clean the equipment after use, as there will be an extra charge of $50 for failure to do so.

9. Guests using our vacation homes are responsible for all damage and missing inventory items or loss occurring during their stay at the vacation home and the cost of repair/replacement

10. Smoking is not allowed in the vacation home.

11. The management company/agents reserve the right to remove occupiers from the Vacation home (without refund) for breaching any of the booking conditions.
