You can sunbathe in one of the comfortable sunbeds, have a drink at sunset in the beautiful porch where you will also find an outside dining table for 6 people. The property is fenced and privacy is total.Once in the inside, you will find a 90 m2 accommodation in just one luminous and cool floor. Enjoy the TV Sat (only German channels) on that fantastic chaise longue and warm up with the wood stove in the coldest days. The eat-in kitchen is independent, it has a gas stove and it is fully equipped. The dining table is for 4 people. Two cool and luminous bedrooms with two single beds and a closet each one are ideal to have a rest in your vacation. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower for all the house. If you are traveling with a baby, you can have a cot and a high chair. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironboard.This house is placed in an incredible environment within the island of Majorca. The Es Trenc beach is only 3 kms away, a paradise of turquoise water and golden fine sand. At Ses Salines you will find the basic services for an independent stay. You can also have a walk through Colonia de Sant Jordi or visit Sa Salinera.This accommodation is by a road and a vegetable barrier has been created to minimize the noise, buy it still might be heard.
