This is a typical Mediterranean villa, with its whitewashed walls, terracotta tiles roof, its covered porch just outside the house, and its rounded living room. The big private garden, completely fenced, grants complete intimacy, especially on the side of the swimming pool, not at all overlooked. It is characterized by its wide rooms, with three large double bedrooms including a main one with private independent toilets, a vast living room that opens up to the terrace outside the house, a big functional independent kitchen as well as a modern complete bathroom with Italian shower and toilets.This is a bright property, well maintained and with a complete equipment, to host from 6 up to 8 persons, which makes it really comfortable: air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, satellite TV with British channels and unlimited Wifi connection, complete range of household appliances in the kitchen, as well as dishwasher, 2 sofas in the living room including a quality Italian sofa-bed, big closets in the bedrooms, windows with rolling blinds and guardrails, outdoor furnishing (table, chairs, sun beds and sun shade), stone barbecue, outdoor clothe rack, linen (sheets and shower towels) included, etc … At the entrance of the villa, outside the living room, there is a nice terrace under arches, fitted out so that you can enjoy meals and rest moments under the shadow during the hottest hours of the day. The access to this beach is easy and fast, walking or riding by a little street under a bridge to cross safety under the interstate N 340.
