Amazing country house located between Inca and Llubí. It has capacity for 8 people and a lovely garden with private pool. This majestic two-storey building boasts a beautiful porch and a terrace perfectly furnished for your summer banquets. A good breakfast, a lunch or a dinner cooked on the barbecue is the best recommendation to get strength before or after the dip in the water salt pool that sizes 8.5 x 4.5 metres and with a depth from 0.8 to 1.8 metres. The little ones can play on the lawn while the adults enjoy the sun on any of the 12 sun loungers. There is another porch by the pool ideal to enjoy a glass of wine. There also is an exterior shower if you need it. The property is fenced and you will have total privacy.When going upstairs from the garden you access the main floor, which has a traditional style. Here you find a living-dining room where you can watch the satellite TV or rest for while; a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, a bathroom with a tub; and three bedrooms with a closet and direct exit to the terrace, one with two twin beds and the rest with a double bed. On the other hand, the floor on the pool level offers a spacious living-dining room with a dream-like rustic style where you will spend time all together, watching TV or enjoying your meals. The last bedroom also is on this floor and it features a double bed and a closet. There also is a shower bathroom on the floor. The laundry room, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board completes this accommodation. The finca belongs to the municipality of Inca although the nearest town is the lovely village of Llubí which is characterised by its authenticity, its farms and fields. On the other hand, Inca is a cosy city in the centre of the island, beautiful and lively, where you can enjoy the Mallorcan cuisine in its bars and restaurantes, and where you can do your daily shopping. The ancient street market takes place every Thursday and here you can acquire local products.
