Stunning villa with 5 bedrooms for 9-10 people, 30km from Barcelona and the beach!Rest your mind and body in this quaint and cozy 5-bedroom villa in Matadepera, just 30 kilometers from Barcelona and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea!After your journey to the magnificent region of Catalonia, relax and unwind by your own private pool (6m wide by 12m long, accompanied by a shower) and enjoy a home-cooked meal prepared on the patio barbecue while the children enjoy the multipurpose playground.Inside the welcoming villa, you will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen with the following appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, microwave, stove, and oven. A soothing living room is ready to entertain with a television, DVD player, stereo, books, toys, and games.Five cozy bedrooms sleep 9-10 people comfortably in 2 double beds and 5 single beds, as well as one additional bed if necessary. There are 3 bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite bathroom).Matadepera can be accessed by major roads B-40, BV-1221, and N-150. The closest train station is in Terrassa which is 6km from the villa and takes passengers directly to Barcelona.Matadepera is a small village located 25 km from Barcelona. It is located at the foot of the National Park of Sant Llorenc del Munt where the famous mountain La Mola. An old monastery that has been converted into restaurant sits at the top of this mountain. The park offers everything from caves to rock climbing to the small museum located inside the monastery and the rare breed of 'Catalan Ass' which lives as a transport animal on the mountain.The village of Matadepera emits an ambiance of a classic Catalan town with small cafes and streets centered around a church. It's easy to spend an afternoon wandering the streets, visiting the local shops, and enjoying lunch in one of many traditional Catalan restaurants.Matadepera also boasts a local golf course in the village and features proximity to the prestigious golf course in Catalonia: Real Club de Golf El Prat.Departure cleaning & pool/garden maintenance charge 140 EUR.Department of tourism registration number: 2014 license in process.

Maid service is available at additional cost for all villas. A daily cleaning and breakfast making service is also available.

Holiday and travel Insurance, including cancellation cover, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably insured. If you choose to travel without adequate holiday insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses however arising in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.

Damage deposit / Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW)

The Manager charges an Accidental Damage Protection Fund which is a non-refundable one time payment of 45 Euros and cover unintentional damage to the rented holiday home and its inventory during your stay. Repairs will be handled and paid for directly by the Property Manager to a total maximum value of 500 EUR. Please note that this fund does not cover willful and negligent behavior or vandalism.

The guest must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state including the washing-up of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils etc., emptying of the refrigerator, the freezer, dust bins, cleaning of the BBQ and removal of rubbish/trash. This is also valid although the guest has paid a final cleaning or such a cleaning is already included in the rent.

A generous allowance of water and electricity is included in the rental price; however, you will be charged for abuse of these services (leaving water/hoses open and running for long periods of time, door/windows open when using air-conditioning/heating, etc.) Water and electricity readings are taken before and after every stay in every property.

At no time must any more persons occupy a property than stated on the booking form, except with prior written agreement.

We have carefully selected and inspected all the properties that we advertise and we endeavor to maintain high standards. However, if you have a problem during your holiday, immediately inform the local representative who will then endeavor to put things right. If you fail to do this we cannot accept responsibility, as we have not had the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.

Change and Non Availability of accommodation

On rare occasions it may be unavoidable to change your chosen villa because of circumstances beyond our or the owners control; we will endeavor to inform you of this asap and offer you either alternative accommodation of similar or superior standard, a refund if nothing is suitable or discuss other options.

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning means units in at least 2 areas of the villa (for example, living room and bedroom). We accept no responsibility for the breakdown of these units under any circumstances although we will always endeavor to rectify the matter as soon as possible.

Pets are welcome at some of our properties. Please ask.

Cleaning

The maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Most houses do have washing machines or, should you wish, additional cleaning & laundry can usually be arranged at an additional charge.
