The exterior of this stunning hilltop villa features a private pool with a slide (measuring 5 meters wide and 10 meters long, with a minimum depth of 0,6 meters and a maximum depth of 1,7 meters), lounge chairs for relaxing under the Spanish sun, a barbecue for preparing delicious meals, patio furniture to enjoy al fresco dining, and a playground with swings and a slide for children to enjoy.

The pool area is separated from the house by a door, for tranquility of parents traveling with little children. Inside on the ground floor guests will find a charming living room with a fireplace, perfect for the cold winter months, a television, DVD player, stereo, games books, and toys.

The spacious kitchen lets in ample Spanish sunlight and contains everything any cook would need: oven, stove top, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a booth and kitchen table for dining within the kitchen. Just outside the kitchen is a spacious dining room with seating for 9 and large windows providing beautiful views of the surrounding hills and greenery.

There are 2 bathrooms in the villa (one of which is an ensuite bathroom) and 4 bedrooms consisting of 2 double beds, 1 single bed, and 1 bunk bed. Each floor of the 3-story villa has its own terrace overlooking the pool.

Sant Feliu del Raco is a historic Catalan town that dates back to the year 900. The church is famous for its pre-Romanesque architecture and majestic mountain views. Enjoy authentic Catalan cuisine at the hands of local people who exude both tradition and regional customs. Barcelona International Airport is only 25 km from the villa and buses are easily accessible within the town of Castellar del Valles.

Maid service is available at additional cost for all villas. A daily cleaning and breakfast making service is also available.

Holiday and travel Insurance, including cancellation cover, is essential for your own protection and we strongly recommend that you and all members of your party be suitably insured. If you choose to travel without adequate holiday insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses however arising in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.

Damage deposit / Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW)

The Manager charges an Accidental Damage Protection Fund which is a non-refundable one time payment of 45 Euros and cover unintentional damage to the rented holiday home and its inventory during your stay. Repairs will be handled and paid for directly by the Property Manager to a total maximum value of 500 EUR. Please note that this fund does not cover willful and negligent behavior or vandalism.

The guest must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state including the washing-up of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils etc., emptying of the refrigerator, the freezer, dust bins, cleaning of the BBQ and removal of rubbish/trash. This is also valid although the guest has paid a final cleaning or such a cleaning is already included in the rent.

A generous allowance of water and electricity is included in the rental price; however, you will be charged for abuse of these services (leaving water/hoses open and running for long periods of time, door/windows open when using air-conditioning/heating, etc.) Water and electricity readings are taken before and after every stay in every property.

At no time must any more persons occupy a property than stated on the booking form, except with prior written agreement.

We have carefully selected and inspected all the properties that we advertise and we endeavor to maintain high standards. However, if you have a problem during your holiday, immediately inform the local representative who will then endeavor to put things right. If you fail to do this we cannot accept responsibility, as we have not had the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.

Change and Non Availability of accommodation

On rare occasions it may be unavoidable to change your chosen villa because of circumstances beyond our or the owners control; we will endeavor to inform you of this asap and offer you either alternative accommodation of similar or superior standard, a refund if nothing is suitable or discuss other options.

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning means units in at least 2 areas of the villa (for example, living room and bedroom). We accept no responsibility for the breakdown of these units under any circumstances although we will always endeavor to rectify the matter as soon as possible.

Pets are welcome at some of our properties. Please ask.

Cleaning

The maid service will be on your day of arrival and day of departure only. Most houses do have washing machines or, should you wish, additional cleaning & laundry can usually be arranged at an additional charge.
