The country house is located in a quiet and secluded small development without a financial or service area, 4 km from La Vega de Santa Maria (Avila), 5 km from the junction with the road from Avila to Valladolid and 6 km from Velayos (Avila). It is about 118 km from Madrid on the A-6 using the Salamanca exit (km 102) and 16 km to the next town.The house comprises a total of 5 rooms on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchenette, full bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom and hydro-massage bath. Upstairs there is a full bathroom, living room and three bedrooms, one of which has a power shower. Guests can enjoy the barbecue area. The plot of land is large and with trees, in a quiet location isolated from the centre of town, and it allows direct contact with nature. Guests may also make use of the games room and car park.The accommodation units are en suite and equipped with a shower, bath, TV, washing machine, an ironing set and a balcony or terrace.
