This family-friendly townhouse is located in Lagos, on the Boavista golf course. It is air conditioned with a south-facing garden and is fully equipped including a barbecue. The south-facing balcony overlooks the garden and gets the morning sun with a terrace at the front of the property overlooking the pond which offers the opportunity to watch the amazing sunsets. The property has access to the communal pool as well as on-site tennis courts. The main living area comprises a modern and smart fully-fitted kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher plus washing machine, a large living/dining with access to the garden and barbecue. The property also has WiFi and television with UK channels. The two main bedrooms are located on the first level. The master bedroom, with a double-sized bed, has an en-suite bathroom and also access to the balcony. The other double bedroom, located on the same floor, has an impressive wardrobe space. There is a shared family bathroom on the same floor. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has two single beds. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor. The property can sleep six (maximum six adults).Air conditioning is available in the apartment which also provides heat during the winter.Lagos is a vibrant town with a great choice of bars, restaurants and a bustling marina. It has a strong historic atmosphere with origins dating as far back as 2,000 years. It has two municipal markets stocking fresh produce daily including fresh fish. There are numerous supermarkets, mini-markets and a good selection of shops. There are good local transport links by train and bus to the rest of Algarve and to Lisbon. There are two water parks within a 30-minute drive of the apartment with a return bus service running from Lagos daily. Within a 45-minute drive Zoomarine can be accessed by car or a bus service from Lagos. Zoomarine's main attractions includes exhibitions by dolphins, seals and sea lions, a pirate show, an aquarium with sharks, 4D cinema, various rides, attractions, and two swimming pools one of which has a wave machine. Lagos Zoo is only a 10- to 15-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.For the keen golfer obviously Boavista is the first choice with 40 other golf courses along the Algarve, 10 of which can be found within a 30-minute drive of the townhouse. The nearest, Onyria Palmares and Espiche Golfe, both have 18 holes and are each just a 10-minute drive away.From Lagos marina you can take daily boat trips to the sea caves, dolphin watching trips, sea kayaking, paddle boarding, deep sea fishing, hire a yacht for the day or take part in a variety of other water-based activities.
