Please inform the property of your arrival and departure at least 3 days prior to check-in date, as staff have to travel approximately 2 hours to get to the property to assist with check-in procedures. Failure to do so may lead to delays in check-in for up to half a day.For pre-registration purposes set by the condominium's regulations, guests are required to provide full names of all guests (4 guests maximum), at least 3 days prior to check-in date. Guests whose names are not registered will not be allowed to enter the premises or use the complimentary facilities.A prepayment deposit is required to secure your reservation. Credit Card or PayPal is accepted. Do inform the property of your payment preferences via the Special Requests box. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions.For reservations made 2 weeks or less prior to check-in, full payment is required within 24 hours of booking. A security deposit of PHP 2000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
