Please note that there is a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveller checks.Please note that to collect the keys, guests will have to arrive to Playa Kaan in Calle 12 Norte, between Calle 15 Norte and Avenida 20 Norte, where Sylvia Rojo will greet them and hand out the keys, if the arrival is before 18:00 hours. Afterwards, the keys will be left in the property's drop-box in the lobby. The property will contact the guests with further information after booking confirmation. Please inform Playa Kaan - Playa del Carmen Centre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
