Bright and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Flaminio district steps from the Tiber promenade, at ten minutes from the MAXXI -the National Museum of Arts- and the Parco della Musica auditorium.
The apartment (140 sq. mt) is on the first floor (with elevator).
Upon entering you find a long corridor leading to the reception room and the dining area, furnished with two sofa beds (120cm X 190cm), an elegant table for up to 6 people, and a TV set. The kitchen, fitted with a small table with two chairs, is equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The night area is composed of two bathrooms, one with tub and overhead shower, and the other with shower, and of two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed (160cm X 190cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV, and the second one with two single beds. Linens and towels provided.
The apartment is fitted with air conditioning in all rooms.
Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.
For check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows:
Saturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20
From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40
Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40.
Security Deposit: 300
There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:
Duration of less than 15 days: €300
Duration of 15 days or more: €1,000
The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract

The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. Should the monthly bill exceed this limit, the extra cost will be retained from the Security Deposit.

The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.
The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
