The entrance of this 70 sq.mt apartment opens directly onto a long corridor, leading to both a large living room, with double sofa bed, TV, DVD player, stereo and leather arm-chairs, and to a spacious and bright bedroom, with double bed and a good-sized built-in wardrobe.
The fully equipped kitchen is provided with washing machine, microwave oven, traditional electric oven and a smart dining table for 4/6 people. The bathroom is fitted with bathtub and overhead shower.
Beware: for check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost as follows:
Saturday, sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20
From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40
Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40. The additional cost should be given in cash at the check-in.
Security deposit:
For rentals up to 15 days EUR 300 / for rentals of over 15 days EUR 1,000

There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:
Duration of less than 15 days: €300
Duration of 15 days or more: €1,000
The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract

The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. Should the monthly bill exceed this limit, the extra cost will be retained from the Security Deposit.
