La Ghiandaia is the original stone-built main building which has been completely restored to the highest standard and furnished with many modern amenities - such as air-conditioning on the ground floor, a large professional kitchen and a steam-bath. A particular feature is the unique and unusually large (22x4,5 m) infinity swimming pool in a superb panoramic position, definitely one of the best ones we have ever seen in Tuscany. On a side of the pool there is a very large covered terrace, with a built-in cooking area with barbecue, fridge and sink for entertaining. The pool includes two separate baths, a wading bath and a full size Jacuzzi and is heated by solar panels that make it enjoyable also during Spring and Autumn. Despite its peaceful isolation the property is only at 4 km away from the medieval hamlet of Tatti and 30 minutes away from coastal resorts.The estate prides itself on its health and wellness - with its bio-dynamic gardens, one hundred percent natural wine, and solar-powered sustainability that allows it to create more energy than it uses every year.
