A panoramic unmade road (approx. 3 km) leads to the property. The estate includes three farmhouses, divided into pleasant apartments. Four of them are available for vacation rentals, two are inhabited by the family of the responsible and then there are the cellars where the wine is produced. The nearby Arezzo and the farm services. The city of Arezzo, with shops and facilities of every kind, well known for Piero della Francesca masterpieces and the Joust of the Saracen, lies only 10 km far.
