It was built in 1999 in a modern style and provides simple, practical and spacious accommodation in 42 bright, clean studio apartments, with lift access, a breakfast room and on-site parking.//Apartments include balconies as well as a TV.//One of the country's best salmon rivers, Elliðaár, runs right through Reykjavík and is nonetheless unpolluted and clear, offers anglers the rare opportunity to land a salmon beside a busy motorway! Passing Radisson Hotel Saga on the right side and just short after find Fosshótel Suðurgata on the left side. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is a white-grey 3 story building with balconies. The hotel sign and flag is by the road.
