A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required at least 4 weeks prior to arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment takes place via bank transfer.After booking you will receive an email from the property which will specify the instructions for the payment and collecting the keys.A cleaning fee of EUR 50 per week will be charged for stays of over 7 nights.Bed linen and towels are provided.Please note this property has a non-smoking policy.
