A shelf covers the whole wall on the left under the window and three beautiful lamps by Fontana Arte enlighten the living room by night.A door on the right leads back to the entrance, where a door on the left leads to the bedroom with two single beds (80cm each) which can be joined together, a large closet and a functional shelf under the window. Out of this room, on the left, there is a bathroom, dating back to the '60es as well, with cement walls decorated with blue lacquered pois and fitted with a tub, a basin, a bidet and a WC.The closest pay parking garage is the SAEMES Parc St Louis in 1 Av.
