Guests are welcomed into a bright hallway that connects all rooms. On the left there is the first bathroom with a big shower, basin, bidet and wc.Going past you find the living room with two large windows looking out onto the street. The day area is composed of a living corner with a sofa bed (140 cm), an armchair and a banquette (a French-style upholstered bench), TV set and a refined marble fireplace surmounted by a mirror, and a big dining area with a 6-seater table.On the right of the fireplace is the spacious, functional and fully-fitted kitchen: it comprises a big countertop that takes up the entire back wall, whilst a table for up to 4 people makes the ambience cozy and comfortable. Across from the dining table is another grey marble fireplace, coming with a precious mirror, too, that dates back to the Haussmanian period.From the entrance hall, on the right, you enter the night area: it is composed of a master bedroom -located on the left- with a double bed (160 cm), a writing desk, a 3-door closet and a big window with blinds that overlooks the inner courtyard.The bedroom is connected to the study room, which is furnished with a marble fireplace, several extra closets, desk and shelves: that is the perfect place to work comfortably. Coming back into the hallway you find first the second bedroom, featuring a bunk bed (90 cm for each single bed), a big wardrobe and a window with blinds, and then a second bathroom with two basins, shower and an electric toilet. Linens and towels provided.Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
