On the left you find the bathroom with shower stall, basin and wc; the room is provided with a window with views of a second courtyard. At the end of the corridor you find the living area with an open plan kitchen fitted with countertop, washer, a tiny dishwasher and a black fridge. The living area has two windows, one with views of the street and the other facing the same courtyard the bathroom looks onto. The day area offers a double sofa bed (140 cm), a velvet armchair, a small table, TV set and a dining table with 4 chairs (2 can be folded and hidden behind the fridge). All the rooms but the bathroom and the kitchen have parquet flooring. Linens and towels provided.Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
