This villa is located in the fishing village Le Grau du Roi in the Camargue, at 2 km from the beautiful vast beaches and at 4 km from the old walled city of Aigues-Mortes. It's wonderful to stroll through the alleys in the evening and sit down in an outdoor cafe on one of the beautiful squares. You can do everything by bike; going to the bakery, going for lunch in the harbour and of course going to the beach. It's an area with lots of possibilities for new cultural, culinary and sports experiences. Your villa enjoys a quiet and unique location: you have a view of "LES SALINS DU MIDI", a salt extraction area which is flooded most of the year and is a favourite spot for flamingos and other birds. Waking up, looking outside and then seeing those beautiful flamingos; wonderful!The villa is very nice and luxurious and features a number of terraces; the covered terrace is very suitable to enjoy your 'al fresco' meals. The swimming pool is covered, so you can swim already early in the season. You can open the cover very easily. Ideal! The jacuzzi completes the wellness experience in this villa. It will be completely cleaned and refilled with clean water before your arrival. Inside, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There's a large living room with seating area and dining room, with access to the swimming pool. The open kitchen features a bar. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms.
