Please note that a damages deposit equal to the 50% of the total amount will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the villa during your stay.Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen for 2 persons (sheet and 2 pillowcases) can be rented at EUR 30. Towels sets (1 tall, 1 small and 1 bath mat) can be rented at EUR 15.Please note the owner will contact you in order to arrange the payment of the deposit. If the deposit is not paid with the time frame given by the owner your booking can be cancelled.Since there is no front desk, please contact the owner at least 1 hour in advance in order to pick up the keys.
