Villa Anarita is a large, spacious, three bedroom property with large, landscaped gardens, great views over the 1st fairway, all close to resort facilities. The property features a large, open plan living and dining area with french doors that open out onto the pool terrace. Interiors feature large sofas, marble staircases, large screen T.V., Sky satellite with movies and sports and DVD Player.
The rear patio doors open out onto the pool terrace with views over the large, L shaped heated private swimming pool and private, landscaped gardens and lawn. There is an outside dining table, sunbeds for all, gas BBQ and outdoor food preparation area. The upper rear terrace has a sofa and chairs for relaxing and dining and has panoramic views over the resort and the sea beyond.
Villa Anarita is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for year around comfort. The villa also provides a well-designed and equipped family kitchen.

Villa Anarita is located on the Western plateau of the resort, only a 10 minute walk or two minute drive from the Village Square, Spa, Tennis Academy, Intercontinental Hotel and Golf Clubhouse. The villa itself it set in its own, large, landscaped gardens with a gated driveway and enough space for two cars.
Customer Service - We pride ourselves on looking after our guests and we personally manage Villa Anarita to a very high standard. We are based on the resort and are on hand 24/7 to make sure your stay on this beautiful resort is as comfortable and as relaxing as possible.
Your Arrival - We always personally meet our guests and take them to the properties, no fumbling around in the dark for a key box if you book with us! If you have any specific requirements or wish to order a welcome pack for your arrival, let us know in advance.
A free copy of our own in-house magazine, 8509, will be provided in your holiday property. It's an independent guide that contains the most current and reliable information about the region, so that you can make the most of your time in the area.
Departure Lounge - If you have a late flight but have to vacate your property by 10am, don't worry, come and relax in our departure lounge, take a dip in our pool and relax before catching your flight home. Free drinks are provided, shaded terraces, sunbeds, showering facilities and free wifi. Ask our reservation team for further details.
A damage deposit will be added to the price of your accommodation dependent on the size of the property and the duration of your stay.
The damage deposit will be added to the request for final payment. It will be returned to you by e-banking less than two weeks after your departure, net of such sums as may be required to make good any loss or damage occurring during your stay. You must supply your bank details for us to do this as we do not retain the information for security reasons.
