The apartment comprises a large reception room with sofa, armchair and fireplace, extremely useful in winter, an adjoined dining room with French door opening outwards to the terrace, which has views of the inner courtyard, and a kitchen fitted with microwave, electric oven, dishwasher and cutlery/crockery for 5 persons.

The night area has a double bedroom with closet and a second bedroom offering a double bed - located on the mezzanine - and plenty of storage space. From both bedrooms you reach the bathroom, equipped with washing machine and separate toilet.

Paid parking available in the whole area.

Be aware that:

for check-in on weekends, holidays and from 19.00 to 22.00 I will apply an extra cost of €20,00; check-in from 22.00 to 01.00 cost €40,00. The additional cost should be given in cash at the check-in. Check-out at weekends or holidays: €20,00 to be given in cash.

Security Deposit: 300

There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:

Duration of 15 days or more: €1,000

The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract
