This former hunting lodge enjoys a wonderful location on a sunny plateau near the train station of Mallnitz, a pleasant village at the foot of skiing area Ankogel, in the beautiful natural surroundings of Hoge Tauern National Park. Thanks to the beautiful location at the edge of the forest, belonging to the house, you can fully enjoy the serenity this house has to offer. From here, you can take wonderful walks and cycling tours. The house has two bedrooms on the ground floor and a third bedroom can be reached by means of an outdoor staircase. The living room features pleasant Austrian furnishings with an open-plan kitchen and a nice seating area. The bathroom has recently been renovated. Mallnitz is a nice village, with a wonderful skiing area during the winter; in summer, this is a paradise for nature lovers. You can reach Mallnitz easily from the north with the car train, which stops almost in front of the door, or from the south over a good mountain road. The last 80 metres of access road to the house are unpaved; during the winter it's possible that you can't come all the way to the house by car. In the surrounding area there are plenty of options to do some sports and relax. Cycling, skiing, cross-country skiing, rafting, walking, horseback riding, tennis and much more.
